This hotel is a gem! Located between Venice island and the Brenta riviera, it's ideally situated to explore the Veneto region. It's easy to get to the major tourist sites by taking a water bus, which runs frequently. The room and bathroom are both spacious and impeccably clean. The staff is professional and Italian hospitality shines through their exceptional service. The breakfast is a pleasing variety of continental treats and the mini-fridge is a convenient feature.

I didn't prefer the location being a little distant from Venice island, but it is easily remedied by taking a water bus.

Good location for visiting entire Veneto region which was developed to a high standard by wealthy Venitians from centuries ago, but still clearly is an affluent area with lots of pride. Staff was excellent helping with any question and making our stay comfortable. The breakfast was a very nice variety of continental treats - kids loved that and for a few days was fine for my wife and I. We plan to stay here again to visit some towns and sites we missed on this trip.

The hotel was perfect for my Christmas stay in Venice. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, offering great recommendations and always going the extra mile. The location was also fantastic, being in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the major attractions. the room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the city.

My only negative experience was the size of the room, which was rather small and cramped. , while the breakfast was good, there weren't many options for those with dietary restrictions.
